Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 Honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced
- 3 oz smoked salmon, sliced
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, and salt. Blend until smooth.

- Place the butter in a 10-inch cast iron skillet or ovenproof pan and put it in the oven until the butter melts and the skillet is hot.
- Carefully pour the batter into the hot skillet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the Dutch baby is puffed and golden brown.
- While the Dutch baby is baking, prepare the toppings.
- Remove the Dutch baby from the oven and let it cool slightly.
- Top the Dutch baby with slices of smoked salmon and thinly sliced Honeycrisp apples.

- Dollop Greek yogurt over the top, followed by sprinkles of capers, chopped dill, and red pepper flakes.
