Ingredients:
For the Apples:
- 1 Joyfully Grown Granny Smith apple, diced
- 3 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 lemon wedge
- Dash of cinnamon
For the Crisp Topping:
- 6 tbsp. rolled oats
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 3 tbsp. butter
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
For Serving:
- 2 scoops vanilla Greek yogurt
Instructions:
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease two small baking dishes.
- Prepare the Apples: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced Granny Smith apple with brown sugar, a squeeze of lemon juice, and a dash of cinnamon. Stir until the apple pieces are evenly coated. Divide the mixture between the two prepared baking dishes.

- Make the Crisp Topping: In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, butter, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Use your hands or a fork to combine until the mixture becomes crumbly.
