Cherry Balsamic BBQ is a delish summer twist!
My fam gobbled this one up – the deep flavor of cherries this summer go perfectly with other intense flavors… and adding diced cherries to barbecue means you’re not only adding a summer flavor, blast, but a load of antioxidants and vitamins.
A bowl with barbecue, a quick homemade coleslaw, and roasted sweet potatoes roasted could just be my dream lunch every day of the summer.
What would you add into a bowl of balsamic cherry barbecue?
Ingredients:
- 2 cups your favorite BBQ sauce
- 2 cups Joyfully Grown™ cherries, pulsed
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 pork tenderloin
Instructions:
- Mix 3 ingredients for sauce together, and pour half of it over pork in a crockpot set to low.
- Cook for 6 hours until done.
- Shred, then add a little more fresh cherry BBQ sauce and mix again.
