Ingredients:

  • 2 Fuji apples, cubed
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Yogurt and granola for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed Fuji apples, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Toss until the apples are evenly coated.
  3. Place the coated apple cubes in the air fryer basket, spreading them out in a single layer.
  4. Air fry the apples for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking.
  5. Once the apples are golden brown and tender, remove them from the air fryer and let them cool slightly.
  6. Serve the air-fried cinnamon nutmeg apples with yogurt and granola for a delicious and nutritious treat. Enjoy!
