Ingredients:
- 1 Fuji apple, thinly sliced
- 4 oz prosciutto, crisped
- 6 oz burrata
- ¼ cup basil, thinly sliced
- Olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 baguette, sliced
Directions:
1. Preheat your broiler.
2. Slice the baguette into ¼-inch thick slices.
3. Coat or spray each side of the baguette slices with olive oil.
4. Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and broil until golden brown on one side. Flip
each slice and broil the other side until golden brown as well. Remove and let cool.
5. Thinly slice the Fuji apple and set aside.
6. Place the apple slices in a wide-rimmed bowl. Add the burrata, sprinkle with thinly sliced basil, and top with the crispy prosciutto.
7. Drizzle the mixture with honey.
8. Serve with the baguette crostini. Scoop up the apple and burrata mixture using the crostini’s and enjoy!
