Ingredients:

  • 1 wedge of brie cheese
  • 1 Braeburn apple, diced into small cubes
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 1/2 cup candied pecans
  • 1 tbsp. fresh rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. fresh thyme
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • Salt
  • Honey drizzle
  • Olive oil

 

 

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the wedge of brie in a small oven-safe dish.
3. Drizzle a little olive oil around the brie.
4. Add the diced shallots, apple cubes, candied pecans, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, cracked
pepper, and a pinch of salt over and around the brie.

5. Drizzle honey generously over the top.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until the brie is melted and bubbly                                                   7. Remove from the oven and serve warm with crackers or crostini.
