Welcome back to another Farm Friday with Clay! This week he updates us on how water is used and recycled throughout our operations!

“Welcome back to Farm Friday! We’re here at our main processing facility in Brewster. Inside fruit is being processed to the highest quality standards and to do that it really requires quite a lot of water. So what we’ve done is we take that water after we’ve used it to clean the fruit. It comes out here to the pond behind me and then we filter that water through our own system filtration system and we use it out in our orchards to irrigate and restart the cycle. We’ll see you next week!”
