Ingredients:

  • 6 oz vanilla protein yogurt (look for a 20g protein variety)
  • 2 ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 3 large fresh mint leaves
  • 1 large handful baby spinach
  • 1 Joyfully Grown Organic Honeycrisp Apple, quartered
  • 11 oz coconut water
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

 1. Add the yogurt, bananas, dates, mint leaves, baby spinach, and quartered Honeycrisp apple to a high-powered blender. Pour in the coconut water and add the ice cubes and salt.

2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

 

3. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
