Get that summer glow + afternoon pick me up at the same time.
Cherry season is only as long as the summer, and they are supercharged with a complex flavor that makes them so fun to add into summer recipes. They fight disease and give you a glow… There is every reason in the world to enjoy cherries this summer.
If you want another layer of flavor in this iced coffee, add a 4th teaspoon of almond extract. It goes AMAZINGLY with cherries.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Joyfully Grown™ cherries, pitted
- 1 tablespoon local honey
- Creamy oatmilk
- 1/2 cup STRONG coffee or 2 oz espresso
- Tons of ice
Instructions:
- In a small food processor, blend the cherries with the honey.
- Add to the bottom of the glass, pour in ice.
- Add oat milk and then coffee. Stir and enjoy!
