Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard 
  • Provolone slices
  • 1 Pink Lady Apple (sliced thin)
  • Black Forest ham slices
  • Cracked pepper turkey slices
  • Powdered sugar (for dusting)
  • Jam (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F 
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheet into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard evenly over the puff pastry.
  4. Arrange slices of Provolone cheese over the mustard.
  5. Place the Pink Lady apple slices evenly over the cheese.
