Named after Washington’s largest peak, Mount Rainier, Rainier cherries are exceptionally sweet. They have a thin yellow skin and a very tender, juicy sweet yellow flesh. Their taste is truly unique. Rainier cherries are typically slightly larger than red sweet cherries and have a softer skin.
